Hope Valley Railway Users’ Group

The HV Railway Users’ Group was established to campaign for improvements to the Hope Valley service, in particular the frequency of services that stop in the Hope Valley.


Accessible Bus Services

Derbyshire Connect (replaces Dial-A-Bus DAB)

Door to door service providing a weekly shopping trip for people unable to use public transport or who live in areas where public transport is limited.  Booking required.  Wheelchair accessible.  Free for Gold card holders.

Easy Shopping Service Community Transport (BECT)

Service provided by Bakewell & Eyam Community Transport for people who have difficulty getting to appointments for mobility reasons or whose transport needs cannot be met by public transport.  ​Cost is based on mileage.
